BESAKIH TEMPLE:
BESAKIH TEMPLE.
The Mother Temple of Besakih, in the village of Besakih on the slopes of Mount Agung in eastern Bali, in the most important, the largest and holiest temple of Agama Hindu Dharma in Bali. It has been nominated as a World Heritage Site as early as 1995.
RICE FIELDS IN BUKIT JAMBUL.
One of the most famous tourist destinations in Bali, due to the harmonious combination of hills, rice fields, valleys and a beautiful sea panorama in the distance. A stunning fertile rice field terraces with a cool breeze and relaxing atmosphere.
KLUNGKUNG.
The Kungkung Palace is a historical building complex situated in Semarapura (Klungkung). The palace (Puri) was erected at the end of the 17th century. Within the old palace compound ia also a floating pavilion, Bale Kambing, which was added in the 1940s.
WATER PALACE ADVENTURE:
TIRTA GANGA WATER PALACE.
Tirta Gangga literally means water from the Ganges and it is a site of some reverance for the Hindu Balinese. Strictly, the name refers to the water palace built here in 1946 by the King of Karangasem. It is though widely used to refer to the general area which includes the water palace and some particularly stunning rural areas around.
TENGANAN
Tenganan is one of the oldest Balinese Traditional Village located in
Karangasem Regency, east part of Bali. It owns very unique local community
life pattern which is one example of Bali Aga Village cultures (Hindu Prehistoric)
and different with other country sides in the plains of Bali. It demonstrates many
long established customs including traditional ikat weavings (and the rare double ikat) and other handicrafts which are available for sale.
TAMANG UJUNG WATER PALACE.
About 5km southeast of Amlapura, near the village of Ujung on the road of Seraya. It was built in 1919 by the king of Karangasem Regency to host important guest and kings of neighboring countries. The Taman Water Palace has been destroyed by the eruption of Mount Agung in 1963 and further by an earthquake in 1979.
TANAH LOT:
UBUD MARKET.
Ubud market is divided in two parts: the traditional market, located on the west of the art market, sells daily food and opens earlier. At the art market you will find various paintings, handicrafts, arts and textiles.
MONKEY FOREST.
The monkeys within the Sacred Monkey Forest are commonly called long-tailed macaques (Scientific name is Macacafascicularis). In Bali we have the Balinese long-tailed macaque. Some have little to contact with humans, whilst others have contact with humans on a regular basis.
TEGALALANG (RICE TERACE).
It has Beautiful view with coconut trees and a small river valley. Tegallalang is well known as a handicrafts center, its products going to wholesalers and exports. Along the road you will see a lot of shops selling a variety of designed woodcarvings colorfully painted.
TANAH LOT.
One of the most popular places of interest in Bali, is located on the South West cost, at the village of Beraban in the Tabanan Regency. It offers a world famous sunset. At the base of the island, hidden in some nooks on the coral reef around the Temple, sea snakes are believed to guard the temple from evil spirits and intruders.

• Mount Agung is the highest mountain on the island of Bali. This has huge spiritual significance and on the southern slopes, is the most important and largest mother temple Besakih Temple.
• Climb Mount Batur in central Bali, a popular trek to experience the sunrise.
• Visit Kintamani, on the shore of Lake Batur, where cooler climate vegetables and fruits grow.
• Visit the Sukawati Art Market.
• The Bali Safari Park is home to many elephants relocated from Sumatra. Elephant rides, interest talks, refreshments, souvenirs and accommodation are offered at the park.
• Bali Asli, north of Amlapura, is a restaurant and cookery school. It offers themed days and includes an exploration into local areas showing activities such as how to plant rice or guide an ox plough.
• The former Dutch capital of Singaraja still has some remains of the colonial past with wide streets and buildings. The Gedong Kertya Museum, dedicated to the preservation of Lontar scripts is worth a visit.
• Lovina is a quiet tourist settlement with black sandy beaches and coral reefs.
